Hello everyone and welcome, my name is Shauna and i am a Verified 9D Facilitator. i have also studied other types of Breathwork and the history around the breath and how to use this to heal the nervous system. 

I have been practising Reiki since 2009 and came across 9D Breathwork in May 2024. 

9D is a precision-engineered breathwork system that rewires your nervous system, releases stored emotion, and reconnects you to your power, fast.

This is breath, sound, and science, firing on all cylinders. It had help my healing so much that i needed to learn this and bring it to Adelaide. I have been facilitating 9D Breathwork events every since.
